For this treat, you decide how sweet to make it! Sugar and raisins are optional. Without the optional ingredients this treat tastes like a satisfying breakfast bar. With the the optional ingredients, it definitely tastes like dessert!
This delightful rich-tasting Banana bread is so moist, and completely fat-free if you use parchment paper to line the pan instead of spraying it with oil. Use a large enough piece of Parchment paper to make it easy to lift the bread right out of the pan.
