Fruity Yogurt Sundae

Fruity Yogurt Sundae

Servings 1

Ingredients

3 oz. of fat free yogurt with fruit
½ of a banana
3 fresh strawberries, cut in half
1 peach, sliced
1 Tbsp of all-natural fruit jam or honey

Directions

  1. Place yogurt into the bottom of a small fruit bowl.
  2. Slice the banana over the yogurt.
  3. Half the strawberries and place on top.
  4. Add one tablespoon of the fruit jam or honey
