4 carrots, shredded
1 apple, peeled, cored and shredded
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine the carrots, apple, lemon juice, honey, almonds, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss well and refrigerate until cold.
