Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

8 Servings

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups salsa

Serve with: any type of beans, cilantro, brown rice and/or nonfat sour cream

Directions

1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot.
2. Pour salsa over the chicken and stir to coat the chicken.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
4. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and mix well before serving.

Works well as a base for a bowl meal using some of the ideas listed above.
