Ingredients
1/4 cup red wine vinegar or rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp apple juice concentrate
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon-style no salt added mustard
Dash of red (cayenne) pepper (Optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well. When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
