1/4 cup (1 oz) peanut butter powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp non fat milk
1 Tsp (0.5 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe mug or ramekin. (I used a 4 inch ramekin). The batter should be about the consistency of Greek yogurt.
2. Microwave on high for about 60 seconds or until the top is no longer soft in the center of the cake.
3. Cool briefly and enjoy!
