Lowfat Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Lowfat Peanut Butter Energy Bites

12 Servings

Ingredients

1 cup (96 grams) Original PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder (pat powder down)
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp honey
1.5 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Directions

1. Place first 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
2. Add in oats and mini chocolate chips and mix until well blended.
3. Put mixture in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
4. Form heaping tablespoons of the mixture into 12 balls. If start to have difficulty rolling mixture into a ball, wash and dry hands and start rolling again.

Store in the refrigerator.
