1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Heat milk in a small saucepan on medium heat and add in oats and applesauce.
2. Bring mixture to a boil then turn down heat and let simmer fro 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the cinnamon and serve!
**This can also be done as an overnight oatmeal recipe: add 4 ingredients together in a bowl and place bowl in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Serve warm or cold
