½ cup fresh orange juice
1 onion, diced
2 cups cooked brown rice
3 TBSP. fresh ginger,
2 tsp. dried parsley
¼ tsp. dried thyme
¼ tsp. cinnamon
4- 4oz. chicken breasts
6 green onions, fine
chopped, for garnish
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 TBSP orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat.
