Ingredients
1/2 medium cumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
3 water packed artichokes, rinsed and chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder, or 1 garlic clove, minced
1-2 green onions, white part only
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
1/4 tsp dried dill weed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
