1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 – 1 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp mustard (preferably Dijon mustard but any mustard will work)
8 ounces vinegar (apple cider, balsamic vinegar or a combination of both of these vinegars)
8 ounces plain nonfat yogurt (Greek yogurt has a higher amount of protein)
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Stir before using.
