4 cups nonfat yogurt (1 quart)
2 medium cumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill weed
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.Use as a dip or a salad dressing.
