This is a great recipe for a nice, moist texture, with great flavor. Nobody will believe it is fat-free! Some cornmeal and whole wheat flour does contain a small amount of fat, but it won’t matter. For this recipe, I used Alber’s Enriched and degrained cornmeal and Bob’s Red Mill Stone Ground Whole wheat flour. There is a total of 3 grams of fat (from the whole wheat flour) in the entire recipe, which makes 12 servings, resulting in less than 1/4 gram of fat in each serving. Enjoy!!!
