Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1-2 tablespoons water, as needed
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper or 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until mixed well. Add salt and pepper to taste and add water to make it into desired consistency: more water for salad dressing and less water for a dip. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
