Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the blue cheese in a food processor or blender, and process for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the remaining blue cheese. Transfer the dressing to a covered container and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
