The nice thing about Amanda’s work out is that although it’ll only take you five minutes to complete it, it works so many different muscle groups. Right now I’m feeling it in my legs, my arms and my core.
A word of caution: although this video is pretty short, I would err on the side of caution with starting a new workout routine. If you’re not in the best shape, it’s a good idea to start slow with new workouts. Make sure to listen to your body and don’t push yourself further than you feel comfortable. If you start feeling heart pain or get so winded that you can no longer breathe easily, definitely sit down for a minute, or even call it a day. And remember drink plenty of water!
