I feel like a brand new person

I feel so much better since I started going to Health Plus a few months ago. I feel like a brand new person. I'm 49 years old. I started out weighing almost 190 1bs. Now I'm down to 165lbs. My goal is to get down to 150lbs. I know I can do it. I already feel so much lighter on my feet and have lots more energy. I love all the new healthy foods I am eating. Every time I see my family or friends they say "Jeannie you've lost weight and you look great." I tell them about Health Plus and they too would like to join. I enjoy working with the nurse practitioner who I meet with every two weeks. These regular meetings help me stay focused and striving for my goals.

Lose Weight Without Cravings!

Health Plus is the best and certainly the easiest plan I have been on for weight loss!!

I feel Health Plus works for me because: One on one consultation. Eating healthy food every two hours. Taking a safe & monitored appetite suppressant. Keeping a food journal (became a great eye opener to my eating habits!). I also become more aware of exercise and how great it feels to get outside, take a walk or get involved in other activities.

This way of eating good healthy food, while incorporating in exercise, is the plan I can and will easily adopt for life. Thank you Health Plus for showing me the way!!
